Hard to build.
Built anyway.

Iris is a small, independent studio that builds the software other people give up on. Closed platforms, missing documentation, problems with no clean answer: we work through them one project at a time, and release when it works.

How we work

No roadmap and no waitlist. Roughly this:

  1. Expose

We pick one thing and give it everything. If we can’t explain it in a paragraph, we don’t start.

  2. Develop

Nothing gets announced until it runs. Closed APIs, missing docs and platforms that say no are the job, not a reason to stop.

  3. Fix

The feature list freezes. Then we fix bugs and test on machines we didn’t build it on.

  4. Print

It ships with a frame number, a version and honest notes. Then we keep fixing it.
